UniHouse Jordan has been awarded a second advisory contract by the United Nations Office for Project Services (UNOPS) — the Capacity Building Program for Governmental Employees and Operators in Iraq's Ninewa and Anbar Governorates.
Running through August 2026, the programme deploys senior engineers and advisory specialists across Mosul, Ramadi, Sinjar, and Ba'aj. It serves government employees, facility operators, and community beneficiaries — and embeds AI-supported monitoring and predictive maintenance within water treatment operations.
Evaluation across the programme runs through the Capacity Development Evaluation Framework (CDEF), producing verifiable, auditable evidence of capability gains from participant learning through to institutional change.
The award reflects the UniHouse delivery model at work in fragile and post-stabilisation environments: South-South knowledge transfer, structured implementation, and systems built for institutional handover.
